Timothy Coleman is a native New Yorker, raised in Crown Heights and Bedford Stuyvesant he currently resides in East New York and is Brooklyn through and through. At the age of 18 Timothy joined the United States Air Force and traveled to various parts of the world to include Germany, France, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Greece, Great Britain, Australia and Iraq, during his fifteen year career. Needless to say Timothy has met people from all lifestyles and cultures, which have led to an understanding of basic human wants, needs and desires.
Timothy’s real estate interests started when he returned home to Brooklyn from military service for good in 1994. Timothy purchased his first home in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn in 1998 and that gave him the experience he passes on to First Time Home buyers in today’s market.
In the early 2000s, Timothy turned to his love of music and started an independent record label and publishing company. With the entrepreneurial juices flowing Timothy started looking closer at the Real Estate Industry as a landing spot. After a three year stint in Iraq as a civilian military contractor Timothy returned to officially launch his career in Real Estate.
Once licensed Timothy hit the ground running working in Manhattan where he started with apartment rentals and learning the client qualification process he quickly moved to condo and co-op sales.
In 2011 Timothy decided to bring his talents home to Brooklyn where he joined Awaye Realty in Carroll Gardens, he continued to gain experience and began plotting his course to become a Broker and start his own brokerage firm. That came to fruition when he located a store front in East New York Brooklyn and joined a fellow broker to launch The Encore Property Groups first location.
In 2020 with the Corona Virus Pandemic devastating the country and the city Timothy was forced to take a break as many were and still are affected by this virus.
Now Timothy has launched his own brokerage the Coleman Real Estate Team setting up a new location at 923 Livonia Ave Brooklyn, NY 11207

He is passionate when it comes to New York real estate; he brings the knowledge of renting, owning, selling, and property management in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Brandon has made a significant impact on the company and New York City Real Estate since his first year at his Real Estate Brokerage; he rose the #2 agent in his company in only 10 months! Since then, he started his team in 2020 and they've quickly grown to become one of the best rental teams throughout the city. During that same time, Brandon moved his personal book of work to the NYC Sales Market and in 2021 he was appointed the role as Sales Director, bringing the firm to over 200% growth in his first year at the helm. He has continued on a growth path for both his team, the firm and his clients.

But instead of being daunted by her circumstances, she used them as inspiration to create her own success story. That began with a long list of extracurricular activities, including an array of sports and talent competitions. Latrice played basketball from an early age, led her high school basketball team to conference championships all four years, and during her senior year, her team ranked sixth in the state. She parlayed that success into college basketball scholarships, and later, into stints in pro and semi-pro basketball both in the U.S. and Europe. After basketball, Latrice entered the modeling and entertainment arena, racking up multiple appearances in JET magazine and calendars. She also released her own music, which she supported on tours with both the Wu-Tang Clan's Ghostface Killah and rapper Boosie.
Aside from her impressive career achievements, Latrice also believes deeply in giving back, especially by supporting young people as they pursue their athletic and academic dreams. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and is working toward her master's in sports psychology. In her free time, she enjoys fitness and working out, recording music and travel, all while embracing her signature passion for life.
