Timothy Coleman, Broker/Owner
Timothy Coleman is a native New Yorker, raised in Crown Heights and Bedford Stuyvesant he currently resides in East New York and is Brooklyn through and through. At the age of 18 Timothy joined the United States Air Force and traveled to various parts of the world to include Germany, France, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Greece, Great Britain, Australia and Iraq, during his fifteen year career. Needless to say Timothy has met people from all lifestyles and cultures, which have led to an understanding of basic human wants, needs and desires.
Timothy’s real estate interests started when he returned home to Brooklyn from military service for good in 1994. Timothy purchased his first home in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn in 1998 and that gave him the experience he passes on to First Time Home buyers in today’s market.
In the early 2000s, Timothy turned to his love of music and started an independent record label and publishing company. With the entrepreneurial juices flowing Timothy started looking closer at the Real Estate Industry as a landing spot. After a three year stint in Iraq as a civilian military contractor Timothy returned to officially launch his career in Real Estate.
Once licensed Timothy hit the ground running working in Manhattan where he started with apartment rentals and learning the client qualification process he quickly moved to condo and co-op sales.
In 2011 Timothy decided to bring his talents home to Brooklyn where he joined Awaye Realty in Carroll Gardens, he continued to gain experience and began plotting his course to become a Broker and start his own brokerage firm. That came to fruition when he located a store front in East New York Brooklyn and joined a fellow broker to launch The Encore Property Groups first location.
In 2020 with the Corona Virus Pandemic devastating the country and the city Timothy was forced to take a break as many were and still are affected by this virus.
Now Timothy has launched his own brokerage the Coleman Real Estate Team setting up a new location at 923 Livonia Ave Brooklyn, NY 11207
Timothy’s number one priority is customer service to his clients. He is passionate when it comes to New York real estate; he brings the knowledge of renting, owning, selling, and property management in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. His numerous contacts with property owners, buyers, sellers, and mortgage brokers add value to his clients.
Timothy’s calm and positive demeanor greatly contributes to his clients’ confidence in him. Whether renting, buying or selling, Timothy understands that your home is your personal sanctuary. He works diligently to find the right fit for his clients. A place they are proud to call home.
Brandon Evans,
Associate Broker
Brandon has made a significant impact on the company and New York City Real Estate since his first year at his Real Estate Brokerage; he rose the #2 agent in his company in only 10 months! Since then, he started his team in 2020 and they've quickly grown to become one of the best rental teams throughout the city. During that same time, Brandon moved his personal book of work to the NYC Sales Market and in 2021 he was appointed the role as Sales Director, bringing the firm to over 200% growth in his first year at the helm. He has continued on a growth path for both his team, the firm and his clients.
His experience in hospitality management, property management, accounting and marketing has translated tremendously. Brandon meshes his professionalism, problem solving experience, financial models and understanding to create a clear approach to the apartment process for his clients in the New York City Real Estate market.

Born and raised in the City, Brandon has a love for New York that's unparalleled. He owns and manages several rental properties in New York and North Miami Beach, Florida which helps provide an understanding of what his clients are going through from personal experience.
Catherine Bates,
Licensed Real Estate Saleperson
Catherine joins the team after transitioning from the Apple Corporation as a T-4 trainer where she trained new hire employees and existing employees in the customer service department. She was instrumental in ensuring all trainees were proficient on all of apple products. During her 5-year stint with Apple she interacted with over two thousand employees. Her customer service skills and trainer experience will be a huge asset to buyers and sellers alike.
Prior to Apple, Catherine was an entrepreneur working in various industries which included travel, marketing, sports training and health and wellness. She has always had ambition and drive to meet and learn new areas where her interpersonal skills can be best utilized.
Catherine has always wanted to join the real estate business so during the pandemic she capitalized on the down time and took the course online and earned her real estate license earlier this year. We look forward to her joining the team which happens to be the family business.

Crystal is a college graduate and was valedictorian of her class. She started her career 4 years ago in real estate working for Encore Property Group’s first locations in East New York Brooklyn, where she worked as a receptionist and became office manager. Here is where she obtained her real estate license to pursue a career in helping people find a home of their dreams. She has a nocturnal gift for matching buyer’s, seller’s, landlords and tenants.
As a Brooklyn native of over 30 years Crystal has an intimate knowledge of the five boroughs as well as the outskirts of New York City. She makes it her business to ensure you have the best real estate experience 100% client satisfaction.
